Deliberately small.

Wobbit exists because shipping a great product shouldn’t require hiring a department. Big agencies sell process and layers; we sell decisions and shipped software, made by people who think like owners. No account managers, no handovers: just the people doing the work.

The founder

Alok Nabi

AN

Alok has been building software since 2011, as an engineer, a DevOps and cloud architect, and a technology leader. He founded Koverd, an insurtech startup, and sold it in 2023. He led the Australian operations of PrecisionLender, a US fintech later acquired by Q2. And he’s spent the last three years as a fractional CTO for startups and scaleups that needed the calls without the full-time hire.

He’s also an angel investor and advisor to early-stage founders, so he’s seen what makes a company work from the cap table as well as the codebase.

He’s been on every side of the table (engineer, founder, investor, advisor, technology leader) and kept meeting the same gap: companies that needed both the calls and the code, not one or the other. Wobbit is the studio he kept wishing existed, so he built it.

The team

A team sized to the job

Wobbit is a small core team, extended by a trusted network of fractional specialists: product strategists, UX designers, and marketers who join projects exactly when they’re needed. You get a team sized to the problem, never a bench you’re paying to keep warm.
